Big Orchard News (South West Water) 28.4.23

In today’s assembly, we were joined by Simon Wilkes and Olivia from South West Water who have donated £2000 for us to have an ‘Orchard Changing Shed’. This is to enable the children to access the orchard ALL YEAR ROUND and WHATEVER the weather!  The new purpose built shed will be on the right as you enter the orchard containing wellies, overalls and coats for ALL to use. A really big thank you to Mrs Posey for pulling various strings to make this happen.

The orchard is currently in full, summer term, swing. Thank you to Mrs Baker for making it an exciting place to be at lunchtimes with lots of outdoor activities and for the Friday gardening club. Forest School is also encamped here once a week.
