Congratulations - we did it!
Well done to all the families who took part in the competition across Torbay to get more active. We won the top prize for the school with the most point and the top prize for the school with the highest average points. We now have £600 to spend on sports equipment for the children.
Our School Council will be talking to their classes to decide what to spend the money on.
Torbay Council have launched other initiatives to follow on from Beat the Street and are organising Junior Park Runs at the Velopark in Paignton at 9am every Sunday. They are also organising School Gates runs for parents and carers who wish to get running. We have a newly installed running track so watch out for more details coming soon!
