Year 3 Egyptian Pottery 24.5.19

Year 3 were visited by Mr Hopkins this week to do some pottery (instead of music!) and they enjoyed learning how to make pinch pots canopic jars made of clay. These will be fired over half term and then will be ready to be painted the following week. This was a fantastic end to our Egyptian topic and we know the children are looking forward to bringing home their ‘canopic jars’ over the next few weeks!
