We all enjoyed another successful and rewarding collaboration with this term's Dunboyne homework project with our friends visiting school and the winners visiting Dunboyne. Thank you very much to Phil, Heather and Alison. Here's a message from Phil:
"The winners from your recent Culture Competition really impressed us with both their knowledge and confidence to talk to people up-to three generations ahead of them.
The content, varied style and subject matter that was presented to us was not only impressive but also very informative.
The children readily engaged with us adults, happily discussed their presentation and its subject matter. Impromptu and individual Q&A sessions seemed to be of benefit for the young and old alike.
Have to also add that the students and staff member from South Devon College seemed to fully embrace and assist with the interaction of children with us adults, which hopefully in-turn will benefit them in their studies and work experience."
