Early Help in Torbay - Supporting Families  

Early Help is designed to support families when they first ask for help, in order to minimise adverse experiences for children and families in Torbay.  The Early Help process helps families and professionals to identify and access the right help to meet a need. This may be a need around a child’s health, additional needs, behaviour, school attendance or may be a need around adult health and wellbeing, the home or financial situation.
