Y1 Grandparents share their Childhood Toys 17.11.22

Year 1 had a wonderful visit from some of our grandparents who shared the toys they played with when they were children. Not only did we have visitors but we had a wonderful video of a replica steam train which used a real fire lighter to create the steam!  We were able to place the toys onto our class timeline and discovered that the oldest toy was 70 years old! It was a koala stuffed with straw and we could see that because sadly the ear had fallen off!
