Y1 Explorers on National Numeracy Day 17.5.23

We have been exploring making equal groups in lots of different ways as an introduction to multiplication. Sharing apples with toys, making equal groups of buttons on the gingerbread men and even finding as many different ways of making equal groups with 20. We had to use this learning when we had our PE lesson to make equal groups of 7!
