Harvest in Y1 20.10.20

Year 1 learnt all about Harvest time and the festivals that usually take place. We decided to have our own festival and made some delicious vegetable soup with the super donations from parents. The children peeled and chopped the veggies demonstrating some excellent skills! They then took turns to stir the soup making sure it didn't stick to the pan. The smells coming out of the Key Stage 1 block were wonderful! We all got to try the finished product with a nice piece of crusty bread! Yum!
