Year 3 and 4 Fairtrade Café (March 2018)

Year 3 and 4 have been taking part in Fairtrade Fortnight. They have been busy researching and writing about Fairtrade coffee, bananas and chocolate. This week they have also had the opportunity to make homemade lemonade and bake banana muffins / chocolate brownies - all with Fairtrade ingredients. They relished this opportunity and we certainly have some budding young bakers in our midst! Watch out bake-off series in the future! Many thanks to our teaching assistants in Y3 and 4 for assisting with the cooking and also to parents for their donations at the Fairtrade cake sale after school yesterday. We hope you and your children enjoyed them!
